This workshop is designed for new and experi- enced facilitators looking to strengthen their skills in the EAGALA model. We will focus on the principle of our model being client based and allowing the client to guide the session verse having a structured plan and activity that we as facilitators can get stuck holding on to. We will explore as facilitators what this looks, feels and sounds like in sessions. How to build on sessions, find the peak and process.
